Hey guys, its been a while since ive been on here. Hope all is well! Anyway, i was wondering if any of you know where i could get a set of shorty headers for my 440 in my 79 d100? I like my headmans but they hang too low and i drag the hell out of em on everything.

With both BBs and SBs having center dump manifolds I cant see why any Mopar shorty header wouldnt work on a truck..

I am truckless..

IIRC member HemiRam has a set on his 512 BB ram truck.

what hedmans do you have that are hanging low?? are they a truck header or B-body header?

i have the hedman 79250 for mine which look like a good fit hope they are not to low.

Theyre the truck full length ones, heres a pic of them to show how low they are. Im sure if it werent so low they would be just fine, but my truck is scared of heights

those shorties are practically "block huggers". they should fit a roomy truck, if they fit a cramped e body.

wrap them with some type of protective covering, and test fit them. if you dont mess up the finish, they should be returnable, if they dont work.
