Waveraider OP master Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 2,526 Indianapolis	I"m replacing the radiator on my '98 Jeep Cherokee and can't get the lower trans line that hooks up to the radiator off. Is there a special tool or what do you do to get that thing off? Thanks.

Pntastar69 master P Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 2,757 Gilbertsville, PA 19525	Mine blew off one time. I think it's a push in and lock type. You may have to compress or squeeze tabs to unlock it. It was several years ago when it blew off.

70Duster top fuel 7 Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 1,642 PA	There are plastic tabs on opposing sides of the fitting that have to be pressed simultaneously in order to pull it off. Often times, it helps to push in while you are depressing the tabs and then pull the line off.

I wonder if they broke off.
