Does anyone have a pictures of where the under hood ground straps goes on a 71 Challenger with A/C.
Frame to firewall?

68 Coronet R/T Hemi
70 Challenger 440-6

The negative battery cable has two leads, the small one goes to the radiator support for the body ground.

Is that the only ground? I bought a ground cable from Year One that says it connects to the right side cylinder head to firewall. It may be for a B-body.

and,at least on my -70 theres a thin cable for the ac that grounds on the lower wipermotor stud. the year one stuff sounds strange

Later on in 73, they added a rear ground strap on the E-bodies. My Oct built car doesn't have one. I assumed the earlier years just used the negative cable.

Have a ground that is on the firewall. It looks like it comes from the fan motor wiring harness. Not sure what's correct as this was all missing from the car when I purchased it.

aha,i see ac.so that could be the cable that should be on the wipermotor stud.
