Anyone know where to find a cap and rotor for old Mopar racing distributor. The old cap and rotor #is P4120886 and the dist. # is P4120701. This one has the tach drive and want to keep it but the rotor and cap cracked. Thanks for helping. I have searched the web pretty thoroughly.

It's a standard dual point distributor cap & rotor that's available at any parts store. Ask for a Standard Motors AL-140(cap),and AL-153 (rotor). See attached pic for an OE Mopar set,

ok you searched "the web" there at least 100 of them caps on Ebay at any given time. any dual point Dodge or Plymouth from 1956 to 1971 will fit, also were used in boats,Studebakers,AMCs,Ramblers,DeSotos, Dodge trucks,etc, i have at least 100 and have been advertising them here on moparts.com since 2006...all the DC/MP cast iron mechanical advance distributor,and the electronic version(mechanical advance) caps and rotors are the same....i got them in black,tan,aluminum contact,brass insert,copper insert, heck i even got a clear one...look harder my friend

I buy them from autozone.

just search for a replacement cap/rotor for a 440 6 pac with dual points.

also accel has them again.
