The only number (that matters) on the hood assembly is on the trim ring. It's cast into the ring (in tiny numbers) on the underside of the rear edge, you can't see it unless it's removed from the hood. However, if your ring is still unmolested and has all of it's original studs and nuts (no broken ones) I'd HIGHLY reccomend against trying to remove them as they break off VERY easily and are extremely difficult and expensive to properly replace. Removing one intact is a very delicate job.

The hood itself has no Shalke unique numbers, but good pics of the complete underside will make ID'ing one pretty easy. The one pic you posted looks to be an original hood, however, the kist I used to sell could be made to fool most (in pictures anyway) if installed perfectly with original style spot welds.

Post a pic of the Shaker bubble underside, there will be a casting number in the bubble near one side where the emblem holes are. Also, the grills have casting numbers in them.

here is a pic of the underside... - I see a pentastar on the driver's side under the callout... there are some numbers, but will need someone to hold up the shaker, and i'm alone at the mom..

Tough to say 100% but that all appears to be original, there are very close/accurate reproductions of the grills and hot & cold air doors out there, you really need to see them first hand to spot them. The bubble itself shows all outward signs of being an original.
