That sir is not correct, the 340 center carb is smaller in CFM than the bigger 440 carbs.  
Ummmmmm..........no, if you want to get technical, the largest center carb is actually the 4791 manual 340 center rated at 355 cfm, and 350 cfm for the 340 4792 auto carb, the 440 centers auto or manual are rated at 350 CFM each
