if you look in the metro soft seal book they had a different profile, smooth. look in the restoration specialties and supply book and it is a molding that has a split molded into the seal that is like a double edge? witch is the correct seal for the trunk?? i am sure most have run into this and should not be to hard of a question for an answer. thanks moparts

This is always one subject that nobody ever seems to know for sure what the correct answer is.One person will say the design of the original trunk seal is the same from car to car(A Body to E Body,etc)and that only the legnth is different and the next guy will say each trunk weatherstrip is unique design to each body style.Maybe someone will come thru this time with good info.

I hear trunk seal with part numbers molded into them are in the works.

don't get me started, what they could do in 69 they can't do in 2013... i'm in Australia and will need one for the Bee, hope you find one, and let us know.....
