Lets have fun with this hypothetical. Valve Size, Wedge/Canted, valve layout, original valve angle or none, etc.

Basically a copy of the latest pro stock head, or at least the best one a guy could get a hold of. There is lots can be done, similar to what was done to the small 302 Ford ,IE the twisted wedge head. Lets face it, the inline layout works to a point, but as most know, there is a definite limit to what an inline head on a 4.500 max bore can do. Maybe a stretched version of the new Apache heads, which would have the capability of flowing a whole lot more air when sized up for the bigger bore. Those new Hemis are so efficient, given the very low amount of timing required to get the job done. Or, if you want to go bananas, something very similar to the Boss 302 four valve heads, large enough to take full advantage of the much larger bore. I am satisfied to put any type of head on a stock type Mopar block and call it a Mopar. If the factory was smart, they would have done some of this already. It is so much cheaper to design and make stuff now days, it ought to pay for the effort.

Since this is Moparts, and I'm in on 1... I'll say it before anyone else does. I DEFINITELY WANT IT TO FLOW 500 CFM, and I want my port location to remain stock so I can re-use my intake and headers, I want my 30 year old Isky ductile rockers, and my Cal-custom valve covers to bolt right on, and I want them to be out of the box perfect and ready to bolt on for 800 bucks a set. Now, why isn't Brodix, or Dart butsing my door down to build me a set of heads?
And, just to be clear in case my sarcasm overshot the room, any of 3 racecars I currently own would be twisted like a pretzel at 1300HP, so I have no use for such a head if one existed. Carry on!

The REAL question hereis how many, if any on here woudl actually be a customer for something like this in the first place? IMO THAT is the real issue...
