A 55 gallon drum of VP1 is $195.00 plus tax.Only a little over $200.00 can get the 99.9% no name brand for $165.00 which they say is just as good.

I use VP motorsport 109 unleaded, 1165 euros/ 54 gallon drum, around 1550 usd c 16 is 1383 or 1797 usd... not to bad considering pump gas is 1.70 euros /liter or around 8.40$ /gallon

I pay about 3.60 a gallon for BP 93 octane sometimes I use Chevron 93.
1.33 60 ft,6.21 at 110.59 in the 1/8, pump gas small block,2950lbs,drag radials,mufflers and driven to track ...

Race gasoline prices were one of the reasons I switched to alcohol. E-85 for a few years, but back on methanol the last 2 years. $2.73/gallon ($150 for 55 gallon drum).
For a 7 pass day in my car, $10/gal race gas would cost me $49.
With methanol and the pump gas primer plus system for idle driving in the pits, I burn:
$13.37 methanol (4.9 gallons)
$ 7.00 premium pump gas (<2 gallons)

$20.37 That is a savings of almost $30 per race day!
