the stealth is a closed chamber so it would be a different amount cut per cc

On my Eddy RPM the was 82cc out the box,I milled them .040"and they are 75cc.

.040" equals about 7cc. How much that means depends of your engine displacement and the initial comprssion ratio. Effects on a 7.5:1 600 cu in engine are quite different to a 14:1 383.
