Looking for a set of the six pack repro carbs. Ebay sellers have them at $1200. Is this the going price? Thanks

ProMax Carbs in Indy is a Holley dealer. They also have some custom 6-pak carb parts to help tune to "non-stock" motors.

Moparts member Scott Smith with Harms automotive in Spokane, WA is a mopar repro carb. specialist. I've never bought anything from him, but I know he / they are highly respected in the hobby. I doubt their the cheapest, but it may be worth looking them up.

I think Autozone, Advance, NAPA sell re-manned units for around $400. I think Summit even has them. Also check Atlantic Speed, I got my complete set-up for $2100.

While I often have 4 barrel carbs in inventory, I do not typically have any 6 pack carbs for sale, I do restore them though so if the OP finds a good used original set I can make them look and run as good as new.

My standard price for restoring a complete 6 Pack setup is $799.00 and I'll replate all of the small intake and linkage parts at no added cost. So, if you can find a decent deal on some old crusty originals you might end up with a restored original set for similar or maybe a tad more money. One thing to consider is that the originals will retain thier value much better than the replacements will if you ever sell them.

if my memory is serving me well today I remember the original 340 carbs as being smaller in CFM and in actual measuring the internal components of their center carbs, both the CA and the 49 state carbs Regardless of the application you will need to tune and change them to make them work the best they can on your motor, including jetting, air bleeds and vacume pod springs

Didn't the 340 carb have a tab coming off of one of the boosters, for better fuel air mix or something.
