The H.O. cams seem to be hit and miss. It seems like every couple years the factory will dump about 6 sets on the market.
I have an H.O. in my Dakota. Hate to say it, but if mine is the high performance version the standard ones must really blow.

??? I had one in my Jeep GC thought it ran well, much more umph than a 318 magnum. And if you have a 4 door or extended cab, 4x4 Dak what do you expect? A hemi would have a hard time moving that mass.
