My brother is putting new torsion bars in his dart. How do you tell which way to install them?

also, he got the bars years ago and we cant ID them.

On the bars it says
"448r ANG" on one side
"448r 027" on the other

the other bar say
"449L ANF" on one end
"449L 027" the other


Thanks for the help.

The L and the R should be pretty straight forward. As far as I'm aware, there is no orientation to them. Just stuff 'em in and go.

L is for Left or Driver's side. R is Right or Passenger side. (Even part numbers usually go on the right side of the car, odd part numbers on the left side. This rule was used most of the time by Mopar engineers.
