I dont have a calculator any longer, and I checked a couple onlines.. and got 20:1 with one and 7:1 with another LOL...
So
4.375 bore
4.15 stroke
pistons are large relief B1's with Id say 10-12cc range
aluminum rod engine, pistons are .030 in the hole
use a gasket in the .032-.035 range with a 4.44-4.5 bore size..
Heads are 53cc Holy cow... yep....
Just ball park Im going to give it the ole gray matter guess and say 13.75-14:1+
I hope Im not leaving something out...

With everything on the big end (12cc reliefs, 4.500 bore gasket at .035) I come up with 13.54 and 14.02 with everything listed on the low end (10cc, 4.440 at .032)

Yep, its a aluminum rod engine, the pistons are .030 in the hole.... try to get this beast running.
