I have a 2009 Ram 2500 with this overhead. It has been reading perform service for the last 8k miles. i can not figure out how to reset it. the instructions in my owners manual must be for a different unit because they are not correct. Any help???? Thanks in advance.

you can try this, i know it works on most jeeps with the same sort of display: page through to the service interval settings, and then step all the way through them until its back where you want the reminder to come on again ie 3000, 3500, etc. then press reset.
It may be ugly, but it sure is slow.

Ok thanks for the extra input
Challenger1 those post have the same info as above poboy, those work for my 01 grand cherokee but this console is different
I have made some progress, I pressed the accelerator 3 times instead of 2 and although the display still flashes "oil change required" and "contact dealer" it then changes to the normal screen showing outside temperature, like it should. No more "perform service". I'll take it.. Thanks for the help
