I don't have a chart which would have the base values, but I have a set of 0 to 5 pills. If needed I could ohm them out and give you real life values, if that would help you.

Rob here are the Ohm values I found with my Fluke 189 on the MSD retard chips
zero could not find, I think it's just a shorting plug
1* couldn't find - guess (0.800k)
2* 1.790k
3* 2.720k
4* 3.678k
5* 4.662k
6* 5.671k
7* 6.712k
8* 7.781k
9* 8.881k
10* 10.005k
