hey shiloh, here's where i got oil pressure for the guage. brass nipple will have a 45* fitting & a #10 an fitting, that is going to the filter. 90* fitting in china wall is priority oil from the filter. mains & lifters get oil first.

a few. not bashing kent or his block & not detering anyone from buying his product, some of the machine work wasn't done to perfection. don't know who does the machine work out west? the thrust on the block was .004 thicker than the cap(got that corrected at bollin machine & kent will cover that.) seems a couple head bolt holes are a little angled or something, heads were hard to slide onto studs. had to open up the holes alittle. i guess any after product needs tweeked some. again, not bashing anyone. other than that, it's a serious peice.

Not to get on the small block guys cause I run one in my duster but how much does an engine like that cost? I know about what a GOOD big block costs. How heavy is the car its going in?

car weighs 3097 with driver. block was 2950 finished machined with roller cam bearings. already had callies crank, rods, charlies pan, intake & valve covers. i don't know what those items cost today. pro systems domy cost 1000, diamond stroker coated pistons 1339, had cam reground 150, had mains ground for 50mm bearings 50, w9 heads 795-found them on racing junk new in boxes, had heads cnc'd & flowed by ryan 2270. jesel rockers 1600 & trend pr's 296, roller lifters from gsp 763. totalseal rings 280. can't find bearing receipts. pretty expensive. someone has to keep the ecomony going. lol.

WOW. I think when I wanna go fast again I will stick with a big block. Is that almost 2300 dollars for porting?

he changed guides since i had 11/32 stems. seats weren't cut either. nothing is cheap anymore. if u want to play u gota pay.
