I have some stuff called Aerospace 303. Bought it at a boat shop. That works pretty well.

I've used GoJo hand cleaner (non-pumice, of course). Seems to work OK, I've had the car 16 years and still on it's original door & roofrail rubbers (and it's a 68).
GoJo is great for cleaning all things vinyl and rubber.
I second that emotion. Worked for me for 40+ years.

I use the best stuff on earth-Meguiars No.40 Vinyl and Rubber Conditioner. It's non-toxic and looks natural.
Armor All IS garbage. Meguiars No. 40 is the best. It's much cheaper if you buy it by the gallon and refill the small squirt bottles. I got a gallon off ebay pretty cheap.
