the ones i bought are pretty stiff still....

I'll 3rd that, and very cheep at junk yard, just transfer to your stock hinges
Did this years ago,not sure why anyone would spend more than $10.00 to get these and never have to carry a "broomstick" LOL to hold a hood up.
