On a 496, I run a 26" Mancini "Muscle car" top tank radiator. Its 2 core aluminum. Cools great. The rest of the combo: matching shroud, MP clutch fan kit, and MP HV water pump driven about 7% over crank speed.

2 cubic inches of radiator area for every 1 horse power...

I installed a triple pass aluminum radiator in my Camaro...I couldnt cool it with a stock sized aluminum Be-Cool junk...

new one is 28"x19"..I had to punch new holes thru the core support...it's about 3" thick...cools great now!!

the 63 Dodge will use the same radiator/fan combination that was in my Duster..31x19 dual pass aluminum w/twin Spal fans...should cool 750hp with a breeze....that one too is 3" thick at the core..

My car makes a little north of 800 hp. I use a 26" Griffin aluminum radiator w/ 2 rows of 1.25" tubes. It was expensive, but it bolts in like a factory piece. I have an electric fan/shroud combo off a '03 Viper a friend that works at a dealership got for me. Not very expensive even though it's off a viper. It pulls a lot of air, but also a lot of amps. It has 2 speed settings, but I only use the low setting. I'm running a Meziere electric water pump that bolts into the factory housing. This setup keeps my car nice and cool even during the summer heat.
