I brought mine to the tire shop & spun them on a machine after Daves suggestion & warning.

The wheels come painted black. I had a good friend paint them for me ... Thanks Bill!
Just scuffed them up real well & shot them with single stage urethane

My pleasure, Chris!!

Wheels came with black paint on them, they needed to be prepped pretty good because we did find some spots that had poor adhesion. Gave them a coat of epoxy primer, then base/clear paint.

I've (luckily) come across a few 450 wheels in the past year. One I sold (thanks, Moparts), the other I traded a date-coded starter for it. That wheel is the date code I needed & is going in the trunk of my '70 Charger R/T.
They're out there, but are TOUGH to find.

Would a 69 fury 1 ex gbi car have 450 wheels on it standard? I helped pull the 440 hp engine and trans out of it and it was rolling on white steel wheels that I believe was the originals?

The Rallye rim shell used by Wheel Vintiques and others does not look correct.
