For a 408 magnum small block with 8:8 to 1 compression, stock convertor for a 518a overdrive transmission in a 3700 a body with 3:55 gears. This car is looking to drive in a 1000 on pump gas 91 octane. Thanks!

What type cam do you want? Any more details on the combo? How do you get an A body to weight 3700lbs?

Hydraulic tappet cam, baseline is a magnum 360 in a 69 barracuda with ac,power steering, two adults and two teenagers and luggage for a trip. Not a quarter mile car but a cruiser.
The only reason for the 408 was the crank was bought very well in a package deal.
