I am re-doing my heater box with a DMT foam/seal kit. The outside fiberglass halves are a bit scratched up and dull looking. Is there a finish that can be applied to bring back the original appearance?

Thank you,

Russ

If you sand blast the case it will clean it up but leave it dulled. You then just spray coat it with Eastwood's Diamond Clear (or really any good clearcoat) and it comes out looking beautiful!

I did this to mine and it looks brand new.

Keep in mind, you will lose your original stampings if you care about that..
