mmmm, I think on package tray, on the far left corner ( driver side ) should be a plate similar to the fender tag with the VIN.
I have read some 3rd gen ppl have found the VIN stamped on trunk gutters, underneath the weatherstrip
I can't tell, Venezuelan Chargers are diff, But as far I know the plate on package tray meets the USA location
