I've been searching through my fastener books and the web and have not had any luck finding the correct door bolts for a challenger. I know you can buy the door bolts kits for like $60 but thats crazy.

Does anyone have the source of the bolts, or is someone making these just for the mopars hence the price.

The bolt itself is 3/8-16 x 1 1/2" dog point free spinning washer...

Let me know!

Thanks,

Steve

what body style ? E body versus B body take different kits . ( A and C bodies I am not sure of)

and just as an fyi, the washer is bigger on the bolts the hinge to the body as opposed to the bolts the hinge to the door

Looking for e body bolts. Im aware of the difference in washer sizes, im just looking for someone who sells these new, short of paying $60 for a kit. What i want to know is who makes the bolts they sell in the kits?

Go to www.amkproducts.com > pdf catalog > page 109 - 127 > scroll to page 111 > see "Chrysler door hinges" at top right, parts B-13144 and B-13183. It's likely AMK is the source for the kits, although AMK does not seem to list a door hinge kit on pages 196 - 201. Looks to be $34 for a full set plus $8 shipping.
