Also an aside - does anyone know the correct ARP part numbers for the 8 bolt Hemi flexplate bolts and the correct convertor bolts for a 9" Ultimate convertor? Is there a std size/length? Thanx !

Switched to the Mopar flexplate, and no more cracks. There is more meat around the converter bolt holes on the Mopar flexplate. Always used Red loctite. Mine is only a 505 cubic inch wedge, 8 bolt Callies crank..... 548 cu. in., Bill Mitchell Aluminum Block, CRT 727 auto trans, Alston Chassis. 8.981et at 149.46 mph. 1.204et - 60 foot, So Far....

RO23dave enthusiast R Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 309 Staten Island, NY	I've used both, but had a monstrous vibration with the B&M unit. actually gave it away and switched back to the Mopar SFI unit. no more vibrations. never experienced the cracks in the B&M unit, as others have said. i did switch to the ARP 12 pt flex plate and convertor bolts, and of course red loctite. Dave #1355 ss/ea
