I think you're going to need to re-word your question.

Maybe someone can help if you post a picture of the tag.

I can't afford this. mark

The answer is still the same here as it was on FBBO. There is no way to determine the VON witout original documentation.

Seeking:

1969 St. Louis plant VINs, SPD, and VONs.
Over 2,000 thanks to you!

or the "gate" and some other info that was on the original fender tag even with some other paper documentation...you need a readable original fender tag from what I know or at least on a Lynch Road assembly car.

Or the "Base" or the "Line" sequence on the Lynch Road Plant.

Isn't the VON stamped into the trunk weather strip channel on 68 and older B Bodies?? Or is that some other #?

Depending on the OP vague inquiry, as to which sequence number he/she actually is referring to, what make, year model, assembly plant, vehicle we're not even sure WHICH sequence # they're referring to anyway. WITH the fender tag missing, there certainly IS cross referenced paperwork to the vehicle in question to find out whatever sequence # your're looking for, (though not all #'s)..
