I'd open one up & see what you see as a good visual always goes a long way but I wouldn't be afraid to use one. I'm sure seal/material tech/composition has improved but I think you'll be fine. Sell me one & it's going into a stock car so I'm not worried

I use to buy allot of the genuine Mopar trans kits from Mancini Racing, they are decent quality & in the late 90's they were around $65-$70 & included the steels & the front band.... Open them up & have a look... Unless they got wet they are probably fine...
