Does anyone make a thrust block so I can stay with the adjustble axle bearings?

Actually I just blew apart my open diff and took the block out.. Should work I think. Only thing I wonder is there will not be a center cross pin so the block could spin. I wouldnt think it matters..

i had the exact question for the same reason. what i ended up doing was wacking off a piece of 727 output shaft as it seemed to fit nicely in the 30 spline spool. then i surface ground the ends to make sure they were parallel. haven't tried it yet but should work fine. i didn't want something floating around in there and though there are no splines in the center of the (strange) spool i'm pretty sure there's just enough to keep the piece i made from turning. honestly i don't think it's an issue either way there's only going to be about .010" of play in there.
