Check prices at your local parts houses, you'd be surprised at the reasonable prices. Moly rings are the best but cannot tolerate as much taper/out of round as the lesser quality/cheaper cast iron rings can & each type requires a different dingleberry hone finish on the walls. Steel shim head gaskets are thinner for slightly more compression but require flat deck/head surfaces. When you pull the heads measure your deck height (how far in the hole) you are so you can figure your exact CR. I'd recommend full groove main bearings/other oiling mods if serious activity is planned.
