I have been trying to find the gaskets that go between the tail lights and the tail panel and have only found one place so far. It is called Detroit Miscle Technologies. I have called and sent e-mails with no response. Does anyone else sell these? Thanks in advance for any responses, Ron

Jim (71TA) here is a good guy and his Detroit Muscle Technologies gaskets are the ones to go with. Most his gaskets can be found for sale on ebay too.

I would be patient, with some of his recent posts and the doomed economy of our country, he might be hiding out in a dark closet waiting for "the man" to right things.

If you need them ASAP, I bought a set at Carlisle for my 70 Duster and won't need them for a while, so if Jim doesn't get back pm me.

Rick.

I think someone asked about gaskets not your opinion on the sellers thoughts BTW, His gaskets are really nice and can be found on ebay as stated above.

MrNorms TA- thanks for the response and the offer. I went ahead and placed an order this morning on E-Bay with him. I'm just kinda in a pinch to get these ASAP so I sent him another e-mail -- Thanks again, Ron

Also, his heater box gaskets are top notch as well. Just keep calling, emailing him. He has a regular job and does this on the side. He made some gaskets for my '71 RR that he didn't have yet. I sent him my tail and front parking lenses and he made them for me. A real good guy. And a "plug" for his wife- "Behind a good man is a good woman"- she's great as well

You could try PM'ing him here too, see if he catches it before getting to your email

Jim is the best! I've dealt with him several times and his products are always first-rate. I had suggested he look into re-producing the hood insert gaskets for the 67-8 Barracuda's (which are made of un-obtainium....) and I found a proto-type set in my mailbox for me to try! Free.

Support this man. He's definitely an asset to our hobby....

Thanks guys!

Working 5/12's and Saturdays at my day job. Then working till midnight a few nights a week AFTER my day job. Then the family spends quality time together MAKING GASKETS on weekends

Not financially in a position to hire anyone because Mopar gaskets are a niche market and barely make enuff $ to support the overhead, materials, tooling and equipment. Wife has a part time job, 3 kids and helping me with production and filling orders 7 days a week. Sometimes we have family obligations like my 9yo on a travel hockey team.

Thanks for understanding and all the positive support! Makes all the late nights worth the effort.
