Whats the largest tire that'll fit in a stock 67-69 Dart rear wheel opening??? Will 255/60/15s fit??

Yes, you'd need the proper wheel though, with the correct backspace.

The 5th Avenue/Diplomat cars often have 15x7 wheels. You could easily fit that rim and tire in there.
As a fact, I had this very setup in a 69 Dart several years ago.

Awesome!! I actually have a set of JY 15x7s. I'm just a little reluctant to buy tires until I have the new 8.75 in place with the rims to measure. I don't want to have to move the springs or minitub it because the car is already done. That, and it's just a cruiser. No need for a huge tire.
