I know 64-65 b-body 2-dr sdn doors are the same,but can someone tell me why the 63 2-dr sdn door won't work on a 64-65? THANK YOU TO ANYONE THAT ANSWER

The vent window assembly has a different slant to it as the windshields changed from 63 to 64. Look at the top of the vent window and the 64-65 has sort of a flat spot up there where the early ones don't. It may be possible to change out that vent window assembly, but that I don't know for sure.

The entire vent window assemblies do come out. I would GUESS the mounting bolt arrangement would be the same, but cant be 100% sure on that.

When I had 65 Coronet doors for sale, many people told me they were the same. (63-65)

I am not sure the body lines match up 100% though.

When I had my 65 sedan doors for sale I was told 63 to 65 also.Id have to look at the vent window assembleys I still have in the garage to see if ther is a difference.Rocky
