Have original parts affected by flood waters...most is avaliable on the aftermarket. Save or scrap? The good stuff I washed in the dishwasher. The other stuff like electrical stuff, I'm inclined to throw out. What do you do with rusty 14" Magnums or corroded Cragars with the chrome peeling off? I had 2 complete front drum brake setups left over from disc brake conversions that were rusty to begin with. Who needs 10 front headlight buckets or 3 battery trays for a 65 b body or 1/2 dozen 1 gal cans filled with rusty hardware. How do we get so much stuff you never know how much you have until you have to go thru it all. I am grateful that this is the worst of my problems. My heart and prayers go out to everyone whos lives have been for ever changed by these natural disaters. thanks

Best of luck to you and yours.
If you want to toss it, set it aside for the scrap guys. Something tells me there will be quite a few trying to earn gas money plus enough to eat.
If you want to save it, get a bucket of evaporust. Good stuff.

....corroded Cragars with the chrome peeling off?

Those wouldn't be 15x4" would they?

Sorry...2 15x7 and 2 15x8. Evaporust is what I was looking for, I put some hardware in a collander and left it in there overnight and the rust was gone...have to avoid the fumes though.
