**Sigh** Nevermind... I was going to say something, but it simply isn't worth it because: "Fighting with someone on the internet is like competing in the special olympics, even if you win, you're still retarded."
I simply hope one day, I do finish the car, and I meet YOU, at the track, or the stoplight, or anywhere else, and we'll see how things pan out.

You know, the title of this post was "Poll." A poll is an opinion... I shared my opinion. The above statements were my opinion. Unfortunately, they didn't meet the "norm" around here on the Moparts board, so they automatically have to be wrong, and everyone is going to harass me about them. If you've noticed, I only have 30 something posts here. I've been a member here for quite some time, but the reason I dont post is becuase of [censored] comments like the several I have gotten in response to my opinions. I belong to several other boards (most of them import), and NONE of them has nearly as many PROFANITY DELETED - YOU ARE NOW BANNED as Moparts. Must be the superiority complex that comes with owning a roots blower... Don't forget, I'm the future of this hobby, not you guys. Keep scaring off young people and there wont be a hobby.

I don't say this much because I'm normally a nice guy.....but your mindless comment about the Special Olympics reveals only a small cross section of the real idiot you must be.
My 2 lincs.

one more thing...as for cost, unless you are a terrific welder, pipe bender, fabricator a TT set up is going to cost more than a roots or even a Centrifical unit. By the time you get a fuel managment system, EFI, (and trust me you're not going to push 14 psi down a carb) the turbos, cooler you will have a bunch of time invovled. It's either cut the hood or the innner finders. I did a lot of work on this myself and I have about $2500 in my set up. A brand new 671 out of the box w/ all the hook-ups can be had for about $2800. Much easier to install and much easier on the carb(s) You can find used/re-manned units on 'bay for 1/2 that. So what's cost more cost effective?

Yep, "ALL blowers are cool"!!
BUT, this post isn't anymore. This one's gettin' shut down since it's turning into personal insults and taunts. The "Special Olympics" comment was really uncalled for.
Sorry DF, it was fun while it lasted.
