I'm putting an electric fan in my 64 Dodge. Does anybody know a part number or what models had a switch that turns on at 195-200 F and turns off at 180-185F? I'd like to avoid the $50 kits that Summit has.

Thanks

Unless you get the OFF temperature comfortably higher than your thermostat temperature. I'd suggest an adjustable set up.

If the numbers are too close or overlap. The fan will constantly run. Even when the thermostat is closed. Or you may be on the highway. Thermostat is happily regulating with airflow coming through the grill and the fan is needlessly on.
