Jerome Verbit used to make the most accurate shaker grills but he is not doing them anymore. Except for one minor detail, if I didn't know better I would have sworn he had purchased the original two cavity die from CAE Webster, the original vendor, but I know that die was destroyed in the mid 80's. Assembly line shaker grills should be no different than NOS ones, that I am aware of. I acquired at one time a small crate of separately wrapped NOS grills, all flat paint with silk screened Made In Canada and pn. Snobar is the only choice you have today, although a few inconsistencies. Stay way from that plastic junk that warp in the sun.

I was fortunate enough to get a pair of grills from Jerome and I agree with you they are very nice reproductions.
