Who makes/sells the most accurate reproduction shaker bubble grilles?

Do they have part numbers cast in?
Anyone have any photos comparing the repros to originals.

Thanks, 1970mopar

I haven't got access to pictures at the moment but there are some great guys that should chime in. I recently had an Nos set in my hands and they were gloss black with made in Canada stamped on the back. I think the actual assembly line ones were different. All the best Frank

Jerome Verbit used to make the most accurate shaker grills but he is not doing them anymore.
Except for one minor detail, if I didn't know better I would have sworn he had purchased the original two cavity die from CAE Webster, the original vendor, but I know that die was destroyed in the mid 80's.
Assembly line shaker grills should be no different than NOS ones, that I am aware of.
I acquired at one time a small crate of separately wrapped NOS grills, all flat paint with silk screened Made In Canada and pn.
Snobar is the only choice you have today, although a few inconsistencies.
Stay way from that plastic junk that warp in the sun.

I must be mistaken about the gloss black. I hate being away from my main computer and all my pictures.
All the best Frank

I was fortunate enough to get a pair of grills from Jerome and I agree with you they are very nice reproductions.

I've always used the ones from Jerome...nice pcs, no work needed, are the current ones from SnoBar, Ben's repros?, or are they Gene Gregorys?...I've seen Gregory's and they were pretty rough castings, just wondering if Snobar is carrying Gene's stuff?...because i don't know if his site pics(Snobar) are accurate...

Ben's castings are his own, actually a pretty good one.
Even ol Gean admits his own were pretty crude.
