Been told before we can run fast with original b1 heads.

Well, it is possible. We ran 6.92 194 mph with a 4.39 156 in the 1/8 with a 604ci single dominator spraying a 34 nos jet in a t/s car.

There is more left in it, cant wait to next year.

Thanks to Don Baxter for building the trans.
NAC engines for building the motor.
Neal Chance.
Monte Smith for the nitrous help.

A 34 is just a tickle on 604 ci. Lots to grow there. Congrats

One day I will have something cool here.

Nice pass at Byron. Perfect example sometimes simple is easier and faster. Mike has a nice combonation on his Duster and his old Car for years.

Can I have a guess? It's a dragster / rail deal.
You need Indy heads to run those sort of numbers in a doorslammer
Just joking Seriously, good job

Years back (about 20) my brother ran 8.90's at about 151 with a 451 wedge using the older original B1 type heads in his 2600 lb Cuda tube chassis car. He used T & D rockers but had trouble breaking some every so often. So he sold the B1 heads and a few years back built a mild 451 with Eddy RPM heads and the M1 intake and it has run 9.30's with that eng and no parts are breaking.
But you are sure flying in your car. Ron
