Years back (about 20) my brother ran 8.90's at about 151 with a 451 wedge using the older original B1 type heads in his 2600 lb Cuda tube chassis car. He used T & D rockers but had trouble breaking some every so often. So he sold the B1 heads and a few years back built a mild 451 with Eddy RPM heads and the M1 intake and it has run 9.30's with that eng and no parts are breaking. But you are sure flying in your car.
