i have a wiend stage 2 tunnel ram that has been modified for a max wedg(intake ports welded and opened to max wedge size) the top was cut off and modified for an enderle injector(bird catcher). My question is would the indy max wedge tunnel ram intake, would the max wedge runners make more power and approx how much? The engine is a 543 cu. in. 440 w/ 14.25 to 1 comp.,.720 lift roller cam with 1.6 [Email]t@d[/Email] rockers, victor heads opened to max wedge ports and fully polished,7.100 rods with 4.5 in stroke, headman super comp headers. The car also runs on metho. Enderle hat and kinsler 700 series pump. Any help or info would be great. Also thought about a sheet metal one if i could find one. Also if any one has one for sale of either intake pleas let me know.

I don't have any comparisons to give you, but the Indy tunnel ram should have larger runner cross section, which may help. Sounds like you put a lot of effort modifying your tunnel ram intake, was the max wedge mod just near the head end of the runners?

it was just modified near the bottom inch or so
