Not feeling too lucky plus ticked off at myself for letting this happen, so I was determined to get it out...
I had to remove this little wooden partition in the bilge, then doing a headstand, I could see the spark plug hole... (Thru the hole is the little fiberoptic light thingy.)
If it aint broke, dont break it.

This was encouraging but the rest wasn't all that easy. I brought piston up to make it easier to reach. And straw got binded up in there. (?at piston top or in a closing valve?) So just for more drama it came out in two pieces.
Mission accomplished.
Is oiling each cylinder even helpful after a thorough fogging thru carb?
Thanks to all posters.

For years, I've just run the motors while I spray fogger into the carb until they choke out. Never pulled the plugs to fog the cylinders seperately. I've never had an issue.
