Source for intake manifold vacuum tree

I am looking for a source for the intake manifold vacuum tree / Power Brake Vacuum Hose Fitting with the nipple tap to control the ducts (Car has A/C) I see Mancini has one with no tap, doesn't appear that Hoffman's offers it.

Used is your only option. Unless you get extremly lucky and find an nos one
