the drivers door glass came off the track, I've pulled the interior panel off and the lift arm appeared to have been to far in towards the seat to line up with the glass. Bent it out a little and it goes up fine but the glass stays up when the operator goes down. there must be more than gravity to pull glass down with the operator but I don't see anything thru the openings. Not sure where my FSM is and I need to have glass up for the Pure Stock Drags in the AM. Thanks Greg

It sounds like you need to put some weatherstripping adhesive in the lift channel to attach the window to the regulator arm/lift bracket thing.

Found missing piece that is held in place by white nylon bushing that goes thru the hole in glass. this 2 piece bushing and metal bracket was laying way in the back bottom of the door. it looks like the plastic piece goes in from the outside and then the second half of the plastic piece pushes inside the outer pc, holding it in place. kind of hard to push in from the outside, no access or working room but with a screwdriver handle against it, I think its in as far as it will go. seems to be holding and there is a little klunk as it moves at first but at least it's going up and down now. Thanks Greg

What you do to prevent that from happening again is sand down the nylon "pin" that goes through the center of the push in thing so it is a light press fit. Otherwise it might happen again and again, especially if you are hammering on the car. DAMHIK

Thanks for the tip Jeremiah, I throw a little sand paper in the glovebox in case it happens again. Greg
