Need some professional help with 2gen. Viper motor. We ordered .010" undersize main bearings. Block is machined ( line honed )and crankshaft is also machined to size 76,00 millimeters ( 2,992" ) like book told.
Fact is that crank is not turning...way too tight. What may cause this and do anyone know what needs to be proper crank main journal size for 0.010" undersize bearings?

Thanks a lot for any help!

I'm guessing you do not have a dial bore gauge and a micrometer? You just had the work done and bolted it together? If this is true you need to take some measurments to see where the problem lies.
