Anyone know a good place to score a repro Challenger T/A hood? Classic Industries has one but it's $800. Any discount codes for this part?

Thanks!

They have a Customer Appreciation sale going on now "Up to 20% off" through September 13th, so you only have 1 more day. Code KRP12.

I doubt you're gonna find something much cheaper than that. AAR, Glasstek, both recommended here, sell in the $650 range if i remember correctly? I recently bought one from the local fiberglass guy, a nice repro, and it cost me $625 out the door. These are the good pieces... I've seen a lot ov absolute junk out there.

I've heard good reviews on this hood.

They've been selling them on and off on E-bay for quite awhile.

The auction has a best offer option and in the past I've seen them sell for under $500.

I currently have a cheap T/A hood from Unlimited Fiberglass.
The hood fits very good and the body lines are crisp and correct but it doesn't have the correct detail items like washer squirter holes and rear screens.
I bought it used(but never put on a car) cheap ($150) at a swap meet about 10 years ago and it looks very good on my street/strip cars.

If I go looking for a real nice T/A hood again I'm gonna bounce some offers off the linked E-bay hood first then look into a place out of PA call ASC&P.

I've heard good reviews also on the ebay hood. Some people are concerned with the white gel coat showing through from rock chips though.

ASC&P is supposed to be the best repo?

I have the one linked off e-bay. It's OK... count of doing body work on any glass hood to get it straight. Like was mentioned... I wish it was molded in black!
It's not a liteweight part for sure!

I also have the ebay hood, its a good piece, definately not a light weight race hood, and yes, the body man spent many hour ($$) making the contour match my fenders. No regrets, but I paid less than 700 which helps cover the body work.
