Can I use the manual drum front brake setup from a 1972 Cuda to replace the original manual drums on my 1970 duster, in order to take advantage of the large bolt pattern? Would I have to use the spindles too and would this adversely affect the suspension geometry? I've purchased a disc brake setup for my Cuda, so I thought this may be a cost effective way to use some of my 4 1/2" wheels on the duster. Thanks!

You'll need a set of 73-76 upper control arms to get the bigger ball joint that fits the spindle...

If your going to the trouble of changing the upper A arm and spindle to the larger bolt pattern you might as well convert to discs..
I am truckless..
