The floor covering in the shots of the car in the paint booth are interesting. Surely that can't be carpet can it?

Looking good gygeneral. My car is almost the same and in the same state.

That k looks good. Care to tell more about it?

Maybe I'll start a thread on my car over at the Nest or here as well. Keep the pictures coming.

I keep telling myself to post on the Nest also, maybe this weekend I'll do it.

Not sure what info you want, but I started by mildly blasting the frame and had it powder painted a semi gloss. The sway bar was powder painted a gloss black. The control arm were powder painted a raw steel color and covered with battery protectant for that cosmoline look. I did this almost five years ago, I've been working on small parts since then.

If you need anymore than that PM me.

I now have my four post hoist installed and my heater moved from the center of the garage so yesterday I moved the RR on the lift. Now I can start putting it together.

Engine not done yet, I have all the parts gathered but my plans are to bring it to my engine guy next spring. By then the car should be advanced enough to be able to drop it in right away and start her up.

Thanks for the info,

look at the car.

Probably a little hard to do a body drop
With your 4 post lift , but youll be able to detail the whole
Asssembly rather than work over the fenders later .

More pics , good luck - hope it starts to
Roll faster for u now ..
