For a RB what are the difference in heights between a Weiand and Mopar M1 tunnel rams. i did see the magazine tests. Is it more down to personal choice ? i thought i read a weiand is around 10" with the M1 maybe 1 -11/2" lower. are you able to machine some height out of where the 2 pieces bolt together ? am i correct in assuming the M1 was discontinued 4 or 5 years ago ? does anyone know of one ,M1, for sale ?or are they rare and unusual thanks in advance, Tex

Ari, have 4" scoop on my satellite to get 14" to RB block valley pan rail.if i run my eddys , no choke tower , i should gain about 1 1/2" to the bonnet - but then air cleaners become an issue.it is a daily driver. if the M1 is 1 1/2" lower might be enough.it's just preplanning at the moment thanks,
Tex

This would be the one you want if clearance is an issue.
It's in the parts section near the top of pg 1.
It was for S/S and as such had to fit under a six-pak hood. The only downside is you will have to make your own 2x4 top as they only came in 3x2 and single 4. Supposed to be THE tunnel ram for an RB.
