Any options besides replacing it? I don't know if there is such a thing as a repair insert (I have seen this done before, but not in a kit form for home use) or other repairs? ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shruggy.gif)

I don't think any Holley with center hung floats used a transfer tube. ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/1343795-scratchchin.gif)

The Helicoil kit will do about 10 bowls and costs around $70. JB Weld costs about $5.00 and will get the job done for you. Plus, it'll be ready to roll in 24 hours. That's what I'd be doing.

That kit is for the fuel bowl screws,OP has stripped fuel inlet fitting threads.

Exactly, good catch 62Max! I would consider the JB weld in there but this is also where the filter(s) reside - behind this fitting, so if I used JB weld I would have to ditch the filter
