My 54 was 5x4.5" with tapered shoulder bolts instead of studs.

my 38 Plymouth and 40 Chrysler were also 5 on 4.5" with tapered bolts instead of studs. They also had an alignment pin to guide the rim as you were bolting it up. I've used later Mopar rims on them with drilling the hole for the pin as needed. Or you can pull the pin out. Rock auto sells the bolts.

They say there are no such thing as a stupid question.
They say there is always the exception that proves the rule.
Don't be the exception.

it is 5 on 4.5, easy fit.

Have you made your presence known in the Streetrods section?

Yep, 5 on 4.5.
Left hand on left side, start looking NOW for left hand lug bolts.
Also as mentioned, there is a pin that must be taken into account. Try to avoid just knocking it in and having it foul the brakes!
Check out the P-15 D-24 site for a lot more info.
