sorry had to mess with something new. kids.

driver side floor is a fit and screwed in with 1/4 inch holes drilled for plug welds.

driver floor all welded top and bottom. next 4 speed hump will be put back in as well as the e brake bracket and speed o cable bracket.

driver floor is done. all welds are ground down. i have to reinstall the 4 speed hump and install the sill covers, speed o cable bracket, and e brake cable bracket.

last of the major fabrication work. this is on the driver side under the back seat.

heres one of the 2 pieces to be fabricated.

being that i don't have the means to make this piece as one and i don't need the whole floor under the back seat. i am making what i need in 2 pieces. everything under the patch will be treated and weld thru primer will be applied.

second piece will be cut , trimmed, and fit. then welded and the bottom back seat seat hook will be reinstalled.

4 speed hump welded back in. copper weld thru primer was used.

reinstalled the wiring harness sill plate covers. had to weld new tabs on the back one.

all the floors are finished, scuffed, treated and ready to be epoxy primed with PPG DP90LF black primer sealer. then everything gets seam sealed.
